This is a Free Event on Moorland Beach, Wesley Vale Tasmania
A labyrinth is transformative walk which can transmute one state of being to that of another which is of a higher vibration. Unlike a maze it has only one path that leads from the outer edge in a circular way to the centre. It’s an energetic spiritual process that can help you find answers to questions, clear energetic blocks or reconnect to your creativity.
Imbolc recognizes the maiden aspect of the triple goddess. The fresh, the young, the naïve, the new and is strongly connected with the Goddess Brigid.
Spiritually you are seeing the world with the eyes of the newly awakened. Your energy is enthusiastic once again and you are thirsty to learn and have adventures! Nurture those inner seeds of growth.
I always create a Labyrinth with an Eastern doorway – you enter from the East and you leave from the East - the direction of New Beginnings facing you. This always brings new light and a new perspective on your life. Imbolc is an opportunity to start again with a change of direction, a new state of being, a reconnection to self. You can have a clean slate to work with if you choose to.
And, it is with the energy of new beginnings, reconnection to self and the maiden you shall enter the Labyrinth and traverse the paths embracing the maiden, the mother and the crone.
This is a FREE event. Please arrive on time. We gather together to set our intention together before entering the Labyrinth. This is for collective energy as well as to support your own energetic focus. Labyrinths are a spiritual practice. Missing this phase means the walk is simply entertainment.
How do you recognise or acknowledge Sacred Space when attending a Spiritual gathering or ceremony?
A Labyrinth in its entirety is Sacred Space. Walking across the lines can disrupt the energy that is being harnessed in its construction. Walking through the middle of the circle disrupts its energy.
Listen to the instructions from the facilitator. They will usually have clear directions for before, during and after a ceremony.
If you are unsure how to take part respectfully ask to facilitator ahead of time. You will find they are very happy to set your mind at ease for you to be as comfortable as possible and to receive the most from your experience.
Keep and eye on the page for any updates :)
