Imbolc is the celebration of the first signs of spring and lands between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox.
.
Even though the snow isn’t quite melting yet and the grass isn’t growing we can use this turning point of the seasons to our advantage.
.
In the winter months we try to stay inside slow down and restore our energy. At the time of Imbolc we can use that restored energy to nurture prepare and get ready for the change of seasons.
.
One might start thinking about preparing for the garden season doing some spring cleaning and decluttering and some detoxing from unhealthy habits (taking a break from socials and binge watching reducing eating out and eating unhealthy foods reducing alcohol consumption and much more).

The first part of this celebration we will have a moon milk ritual with a focus of self love and promotion of personal awareness.
.
We will then follow with a guided meditation. Meditation is a practice that helps calm the mind body and soul. The practice reduces stress balances emotions fosters self reflection increases self awareness as well as connect to our higher self.
.
We will then have the opportunity to journal your experiences and pull tarot and oracle cards for clarity.
.
To finish off the evening we will create mini witches brooms. The witches broom symbolizes the cleaning out of energy. Often times our spaces will get clogged with energy that is not serving us and can come from many a places and things. When cleaning our spaces we will feel much lighter and happier and more motivated. All supplies for your creation will be provided and prepared for you prior to the event.

- Whatever else you feel like bringing
The energy exchange for this 2 hour event is $45.
