I booked a quiet day at Viveka Gardens so I could prioritise myself and find time for peace and contemplation. Viveka is a special place: so restorative and peaceful. Fiona was warm and compassionate and made me feel so cared for. The yoga was nourishing, and the food was superb. I left feeling rested, loved and restored. The quiet day retreat at Viveka was utterly wonderful. I’ve been to yoga retreats and workshops all over the world and I feel so grateful to have found such a special place on my doorstep in Devon.
