Imagination Island: Dance on Camera for kids!
Give your child the magical experience of creating their very own dance film! In this exciting and creative class, young dancers will explore the world of choreography, performance, and storytelling, as well as elements of set design. Each week, we’ll begin with ballet practice to refine their technique and build confidence. Then, we’ll dive into the fun of storytelling and improvisation, sparking their imagination and creativity.
Over the course of 12 weeks, your child will:
- Learn the fundamentals of Ballet
- Develop storytelling skills to create captivating dance shorts (30 seconds to 1 minute)
- Gain experience performing & choreographing for the camera
- Collaborate with peers to build props and craft original stories
