Part of our season of fundraising performances celebrating 80 Years of Theatre at the Cheltenham Playhouse.I'M SORRY THE PLAYHOUSE NEEDS US AGAIN...
Cryogenically frozen after the 60th anniversary (in 2024), the ISIRTAA musicians and performers have been let out of the BBC archive for a noble cause - the '80 for 80' campaign, to help keep the Cheltenham Playhouse afloat (the idea of turning it into a boat to do that was nixed early on).
Ladies and gentlemen, prepare to wrangle you ferrets and overbake your rhubarb tarts, it's I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again...Again!
If you come to see this one-night-only revival, we can promise three things...
1. All new (old) material, not performed on stage before.
2. Stuffing gibbons is legal.
3. 80 per cent of ticket sales go directly to the Playhouse coffers.
4. I thought you said there were 3?
5. I lied.
6. Double or quits?
Warning: The Show May Contain Nuts.
With kind permission of Mr. Graeme Garden, Mr. Bill Oddie, and the BBC.
