9:00am Group Ride from De Bakke/Santos (Your own distance - discussion on the w/a group)
9:30am Group Ride from Mountain Valley SPUR (previously Mugg&Bean) on N2 (Your own distance - discussion on the w/a group)
11:30am Run from Santos (Your own
distance - discussion on the w/a group)
IMPORTANT:
- Kindly note that you are taking part at your own risk
- Swimmers to use floaties if needed for your own safety in the water
- Participants should each provide for their own technical equipment on the bike leg and sufficient water & nutrition
- You can take part in any of the legs individually
- Bikes should either be locked inside a car or arranged to be tended to, while you do other legs. (It is a high crime area).
