Calling all nurses, providers, staff, and public health professionals: Registration is now OPEN for the 2024 ILPQC OB & Neonatal Face-to-Face Meetings in Springfield, IL!

• OB Face-to-Face: Wednesday, May 22nd: Meeting 9:00am - 4:00pm.
• Neonatal Face-to-Face: Thursday, May 23rd: Meeting 9:00am - 3:45pm.

Early Bird Registration: March 11th - April 15th 2024

• OB Day: $75
• Neonatal Day: $75
• Both Days: $145

Regular Registration: April 16th - May 13th 2024

• OB Day: $100
• Neonatal Day: $100
• Both Days: $200

PLEASE NOTE: Event registration for the 2024 ILPQC OB & Neonatal Face-to-Face Meetings will close on Monday, May 13th 2024. Onsite registration will not be available. Refunds requested prior to the event registration deadline (5/13/2024) will be honored.

The 2024 OB Face-to-Face Meeting topic(s) include: Birth Equity (BE), Promoting Vaginal Birth (PVB) Sustainability, and Perinatal Mental Health.

OB Breakout Sessions (select two during registration):

1. PVB Coaching teams: Meet and connect in person with your PVB coaches and coaching group
2. PVB Sustainability: Implementing your sustainability plan and continuing to engage OB providers
3. BE/PVB: Sustaining and monitoring of stratified maternal quality data to actively address disparities and improve care
4. BE: Optimizing patient engagement: Next steps for identifying, onboarding, and working with patient partners
5. BE: Respectful Care Breakfast implementation: Engaging patients and clinical teams to improve respectful care
6. BE: Building bridges between clinical care and community partners: Expanding access to community doulas, home visiting programs, and other community resources
7. BE: Working on strategies to improve PREM survey completion and active implementation of respectful care

The 2024 Neonatal Face-to-Face Meeting topic(s) include: Equity and Safe Sleep for Infants (ESSI).

Neonatal Breakout Sessions:

Participants will attend small group discussions for all of the following topics:

1. Sharing Strategies for Effective Equity Education
2. Safe Sleep: Beyond the ABCs
3. Lessons Learned from Birth Equity Teams: Respectful Care Breakfasts & Parent Partners
