This interactive, experiential workshop has been designed for use with people at any level in organisations and is recognised by the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management). About the Trainer
Jo Abergel is a Recognised Provider of the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and has been facilitating leadership training courses for over 25 years. Her flagship bespoke, accredited programme has been delivered multiple times in Gibraltar, across various sectors from Online Gaming Companies to Law Firms to Government Departments.
Jo coaches leaders to build on their existing skills in order to lead high performing teams, and motivate, stretch and challenge their people. In a nutshell, she aims to develop stronger, happier relationships between managers and teams. This is achieved through learning about:
