ILLUSION formed in 1992 in Gdańsk by Tomasz "Lipa" Lipnicki (vocals, guitar), Jurek "Jerry" Rutkowski (guitar), Paweł Herbasch (drums), soon to be joined by Jarek
Smigiel (bass). In 1993, ILLUSION won the Marlboro competition ROCK-IN, an event at the Jarocin Festival and The Art Festival in Żarnowiec and they performed in Switzerland at the Gampel Festival. In the 90s ILLUSION released five albums, and their powerful songs "Knife", "Vendetta" and "Cierń" quickly became, and continue to be, fan-favourites. ILLUSION were nominated for a Fryderyk Award, and three of their records went Gold at a time, when that required sales of at least 100,000 copies.
ILLUSION unexpectedly went on hiatus. On November 14, 1999 they used "Kwadratowa" in Gdańsk to perform their farewell concert. In those two-and-a-half hours, fans heard all their best tracks, and then each of the boys went their own way.
Until... In December 2008, they remembered each other and played another concert at Wrocław's Centennial Hall. The band once again retired from playing live for the next three years. In 2011, ILLUSION surprised fans with the new album "The Best". In the autumn of that year, three concerts were booked: Ergo Arena in Sopot and Gdańsk, Torwar in Warsaw and at the Katowice “saucer”. In 2012, a double DVD was released with a recording of the Ergo Arena concert.
In 2012, something happened after all those years that only the greatest optimists would have believed: Pawel, Jerry and Jarek met and proposed working on new material. Tomek, busy with LIPALI at the time, connected with the guys in spring 2013, and they finished the job.
In May 2014, they presented the world with their first studio album in 16 years, "Opowieści", and announced a tour promoting the new album.
At the special request of fans, the album was also released on vinyl, limited to 300 copies. Concerts in larger and larger venues - ILLUSION are back!
TOMASZ "LIPA" LIPNICKI

Music is in his blood - he picked up the guitar as a twelve-year-old. At the turn of the 80s and 90s he was associated with SHE, on-loan
for vocals to SKAWALKER. Since 2000, the leader of LIPALI. In 2003, Tomasz joined Acid Drinkers for a while. A rebel with charisma. His hard heart softens at the sight of abandoned animals, who he has been helping for years. He also does not forget about people – he is always willing to get involved with numerous charity projects. He always focuses on honesty.

MENTALITY CAVE
It's a music band created by two people. -Patryk Lachowicz -guitarist and Zakona Iwona Lach-vocalist and song writer in 2019.Previous experience of playing with other bands allowed them to finally play their beloved rock-gothic style! The guitarist's Arabic scales ,crisp ,strong but emotional vocals combined with the sound of Bendir Frame Drum-Arkadiusz Artur Jeczmionka distinguishes the band! The band is currently recording an album but also wrote a song for compilation album as a charity for Ukraine which will be released in Poland this year! The last concert the band played as a support band for Closterkeller in the cult London club Underworld in Camden Town,where bassist Wojtek Suberlak from Bad Solution and Michael Dietz on drums from Rampant performed with Mentality Cave.
