I hold containers for deep transformational work with ceremonial cacao and sound healing. I'd like to invite you to our next offering.

A unique and transformative event where our vibrant community comes together to journey under the light of the full moon.
Immerse yourself in the mystical atmosphere of ILLUNA, where we will embark on a journey of reflection, release and intention-setting. Gather with like-minded souls in a space of unity and positivity as we come together to release what isn't serving us and ask for guidence for the journey ahead.

Reflection: Engage in guided reflective exercises to acknowledge and release what no longer serves you, making room for new opportunities, evolution and growth.
Ceremonial Cacao: Elevate your senses with the ancient tradition of ceremonial cacao, a sacred elixir known for its heart-opening properties. Sip mindfully as we connect with the spirit of cacao and set our intentions for the coming cycle.
Guided Shamanic Journey: Dive into the depths of the unconscious and we explore our inner terrain. Meet with your guides and ancestors before embarking on a journey through sound and spirit.
Sound Healing Journey: Immerse yourself in a soul-soothing sound bath. Allow the harmonious vibrations of sound to wash over you, promoting relaxation, balance, and a sense of renewal.
Journalling: Spend sometime writting your experiences, insights and messages into a journal, this helps to integtate the experience and allow you to reflect upon our time together in ceremony.
Community Connection: Forge deeper connections with fellow participants as we come together in a spirit of unity and shared intention. Celebrate the strength of our community and the support it provides on our individual journeys.
