About the Songwriters:
Raymond Franklin: Local Rock Hill musician whose first love was a cheap four-piece drum set. His main stay now is any acoustic guitar that feels nice to play - but you can still feel that percussive heartbeat at the center of his songs. Musically, Ray is inspired by the soulful side of John Mayer, the laid-back sounds of Jack Johnson & the beautiful melodies of Antoine Dufour. Sometimes you’ll get a peek into his life. Fiona McAlister: Singer Songwriter, coach, and Nashville recording artist based in Denver, NC. A Nashville Songwriters International Association Chapter Coordinator for 14 years. She is a multi-instrumentalist with a hammered dulcimer CD of Celtic Ballads, numerous singles, and a CD of originals called “Stained Glass Wings”. She loves the creativity of the studio and records her music in Nashville with five-piece bands but likes to showcase her songwriting with her own guitar accompaniment. PJ Brunson: Rock Hill singer-songwriter with folk roots and an easy listening vibe. Her songs often center around the themes of life, love, and family. She performs full-time around the Carolinas and beyond. She is also half of the piano-violin duo “Ananda” with Laurie Neal.
