Illuminating and Transforming the Stories around Grief and Loss

False beliefs that we carry around grief can hinder our ability to heal, learn, and grow through difficult losses. Both individually and collectively, we hold stories around grief that hold us back from moving forward in our healing process. Many of these beliefs or stories around Grief and Loss stay stored in the shadows and darkness. By illuminating them or bringing them to our awareness in this workshop, we have the opportunity to heal and transform them. After we illuminate, we will use various art forms (poetry, music, collage) to help us transform all of the painful feelings around grief and loss. Grief in this workshop pertains to the loss of a person, a pet, or a relationship.
