Our first retreat day is FINALLY happening! ?Join me for an interactive & immersive Shadow Work centred retreat day on July 5th in the heart of The New Forest, UK!
This is going to be a nurturing space for you to reconnect deeper to lost parts of yourself that you've been told to hide, repress or dim down over the years.
If you're at a place in your life where you're starting to feel exhausted from wearing a mask to suit the needs of others, rather than sharing your true self with the world, this is for you.
You'll not only be reconnecting to your Shadow Self, but you'll be connecting with a community of other women who are on the exact same journey in sacred space.
