Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Lonnie Galt-Theis of Equinox Botanicals for a transformative winter retreat designed to illuminate your path into 2026. This women-only gathering harnesses the illuminating power of January’s full moon to help you see clearly, set meaningful intentions, and step into the new year with grounded purpose.

Held at Serenity Roots Yoga and Wellness, this immersive day weaves together mindful movement, restorative practices, earth connection, and intentional creativity. Through gentle yoga, deep rest, herbal wisdom, and seasonal ritual, you’ll be invited to listen deeply to your inner knowing and craft intentions that reflect your core essence—while also empowering the path toward who you are becoming.

• Winter Nature Walk- Connect with the quiet beauty of the season and the grounding energy of the natural world through a mindful outdoor walk. (weather permitting)
• Fire Circle & Cacao Tasting- Gather in community around a warm fire, share reflections, and savor ceremonial cacao that gently opens the heart and enhances mindful awareness. (weather permitting)
• Restorative Yoga & Full Moon Yoga Nidra - Drop into deep rest and inner spaciousness through restorative postures and a guided full moon yoga nidra—a profound practice of relaxation and revitalization that connects you to the divine essence of who you are.
• Creative Intention Setting and Art Practice - Craft a visual representation of your intentions for 2026— be guided into creating a meaningful, tangible anchor for your aspirations to carry with you throughout the year.

Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided throughout the day, supporting you in feeling nourished, grounded, and fully present.

Your guides will expertly lead you in mindful movement, meditation, nature connection, herbal wisdom, and restorative practices to support you in releasing what no longer serves and stepping into the new year with grounded purpose.

Michelle Greenfield brings over 1,000 hours of yoga training across multiple traditions and specializes in mindful movement, meditation, and nature connection. As a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, she creates experiences that invite you into wholeness through the wisdom of the body and the natural world.

Lonnie Galt-Theis is an herbalist, yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher, and earth steward of Equinox Botanical Sanctuary. She offers restorative yoga, yoga nidra, herbal wisdom, and seasonal rituals that support deep connection with your essential self and nourish well-being through relationship with the more-than-human world.
