The Health Studio in collaboration with Soul'ing Ceremonies is hosting a meditation, cacao & sound healing ceremony to help you break down self-imposed limitations and encourage you to be proactive in your passions as you continue through the year.
Allow the meditation to help you gain a new perspective and gain self-awareness, whilst the sound bowl vibrations wash over your entire being, revitalising every cell in your body, and the experience of raw chocolate in our cacao ceremony assists you in gaining clarity in the areas of love, purpose, career and personal growth.
You will leave feeling illuminated with a rebalanced mind, body & spirit.
About Karryn from Soul’ing: A passionate devotee of the personal and professional art of ceremony, Karryn has honed her skill over the years as a well-being coach, kinesiologist & Reiki master practitioner, carving out time in her every day as a commitment to her own Soul'ing journey. This time spent in dedication to self has created immense & magical transformation in her own life, so much so, that her greatest desire is to witness the unfolding potentiality of those who choose to awaken to the infiniteness of Soul'ing.
