IlluminateU: EMPOWERING YOUTH TO SHINE FROM WITHIN10-week after-school program for ages 6-8 and 8-10 starting in September!
Tuition: $250 (Scholarships are available.)
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Each session is 90 minutes and includes guided visualization meditations, along with dynamic, kid-friendly activities such as art, movement and play. These experiences are intentionally designed to support children in identifying and navigating stress, anxiety, anger and other emotional challenges. The program is suited for all children, including those who typically struggle with concentration and focus to live with clarity, compassion and confidence.
TIME AND LOCATION
For 6-8 years old: on Wednesdays from Sept. 10 to Nov. 12 from 3:15-4:45 pm
For 8-10 years old: on Fridays from Sept. 12 to Nov. 14 from 3:15-4:45 pm
Classes will be held at the Light Source Center, 2437 Albany Avenue, West Hartford, CT.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
