We’ll begin with intention-setting and a grounding meditation, then move into a spacious breathwork experience designed to awaken inner fire and clear energetic blocks. Culminating our experience in a sound healing relaxation. Throughout, you’ll be held in the transformative resonance hands-on Reiki, receiving from both practitioners.
