About this Event
Illuminate is an intentionally curated half-day retreat designed as a gateway of reflection, clearing, and alignment. As we root into November, a month rich with transition and transformation, we gather in ritual and reverence to honor the arc of the last 9 years, connect to the wisdom of our ancestral lines, and gently clear karmic imprints that are no longer ours to carry.
This immersive journey blends somatic movement, breathwork, yoga, and soul-nourishing conversation over tea and light snacks, creating a container to explore both shadow and light. Through embodied practices and intentional connection, we cultivate clarity, anchor into our next level of actualization, and plant seeds of aligned nourishment for what’s to come.
Together, we will:
- Reflect on the themes and soul lessons from the past nine-year cycle
- Acknowledge ancestral patterns and begin the process of karmic release
- Meet our shadows with compassion and curiosity
