Illinois is getting a NICA Program (National Interscholastic Cycling Association)!Our NICA Info Session led by IL NICA Staff, will provide an overview of local youth mountain biking which focuses on building skills, confidence, and community for all kids in grades 5-12. Additionally, we will inform parents, potential coaches, and volunteers about launching or joining a local NICA team.
Who should attend? Interested student athletes, parents, adults interested in coaching (experience is not always required), volunteers, and community members interested in youth development through cycling.
The event will be made up of a 20 minute presentation with a Q&A to follow. FREE to attend.
