The 3,500 metre square venue spans three levels, creating Melbourne’s most concentrated artisanal food, beverage and cultural hub. Ground level features an immersive market square with open kitchens where customers can closely observe the craftsmanship of the artisans, including a specialty cheesemaker, patisserie, bakery, butcher, and handmade pasta bar. The first level offers casual and fine dining options, with the second level reserved for private events, artisan masterclasses and free community cultural events.
