We are bodies of art. Naturally yet our own beauty can at times be difficult to connect to. In this 3 hour class we will connect to our bodies through adornment of ropes and flowers through self-tying. Learning and exploring wraps knots frictions and designs of ropes on the body. Feeling the embrace of the ropes on our skin and witnessing the unique designs shaped to our body. Then to connect with inner harmony and ease as well as the asymmetrical artistry of Ikebana: Flower Arrangement. We will adorn our bodies with flowers woven into the ropes. We will discover balance. Balance in ikebana an exploration of imbalance through asymmetry. What is perfection? Perfection is an exploration of space simplicity and embracing what is natural. To be present with the moment.
