Dr. Irina Koral Latorre, a master of the Ichiyo School, will present a live demonstration of the centuries-old tradition of flower arranging. Latorre will create arrangements drawn from the themes and aesthetics of the prints featured in the exhibition Floating Beauty. She will explain how the principles of Ikebana —simplicity, balance, and harmony—are mirrored in the art. $15 museum members,$20 general public.
