This session is for anyone interested in fostering a more inclusive design industry and learning more (in community) about what it takes to affect positive, meaningful change. Whether you're already a DEI advocate or still navigating your understanding, this is a space for open dialogue, learning, and connection.

We will reflect on the collective progress that we’ve made on DEI and racial equity efforts - and prepare for what’s ahead. We will look at what it takes to persist in our efforts to keep fostering inclusion and continue to affect meaningful change in our workplaces and communities. We will discuss resistance and explore strategies and language to navigate the challenges ahead.
