In the South of the Medicine Wheel, we meet the element of fire — the keeper of passion, play, and transformation. This is where the body remembers joy, the heart burns bright with courage, and the old stories turn to ash so the new can rise.

Fire Within is an evening to awaken the embers of bliss within your body and burn away the weight of doubt, fear, and limitation. Through the Conscious Connected Breath, you’ll be guided into a rhythmic, circular breathing pattern that bypasses the busy mind and speaks directly to the body and soul. This breath has been known to unlock stored emotions, release tension from past experiences, and create space for deeper presence and self-trust. It’s a profound ally in trauma healing, allowing the body to safely process and integrate what has been held for too long.

Gentle yet powerful Reiki energy work will flow through the space, helping to dissolve energetic blockages, restore balance, and invite a sense of peace and wholeness. Reiki supports your natural healing process — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — so you leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to your inner self.

A sound bath of crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes will weave through your integration journey, shifting brainwave states, calming the nervous system, and allowing the body to drop into deep relaxation. The vibration of sound reaches places words cannot, melting away stress and bringing harmony to mind, body, and spirit.

This is more than a practice — it’s a ceremony of becoming. A sacred fire to stand before and claim your right to feel fully alive, clear in purpose, and lit from within.

Breathwork is a powerful, activating practice and is not recommended for individuals with:

• Cardiovascular issues (including high/low blood pressure)
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Uncontrolled diabetes
• Recent surgery or major physical injury
• History of severe mental illness, trauma instability, or psychiatric hospitalization
• Any serious medical condition that could be aggravated by physical/emotional release
