Wear comfy clothing and eat a good meal. We are providing tea and snacks around 3pm.

Our Opening Exercise is easy and fun, and will have you feeling comfortable and essential.
The content is healing, restoring, and enlightening. There is parking in front on Del Mar, including the library. Also parking in the back, on Granada, there are 4 lots including Hands to Wellness back lot.
