Welcome to igniting embers, a workshop where we explore how to use rage and pain to bring clarity and power into your life. This workshop will teach you to turn these energies from overwhelming, repressed, or explosive into clarifying, humbling and reality-inducing experiences. Using discussion, theory and physical practices we will unwind your responses to these forces, in order to let them do what they are meant to do: transform your life and clarify your vision. We will define together what these forces aim to achieve in our lives and the ways we restrict them from flowing freely.
The workshop will be divided in two, beginning with lecture, discussion, and theory then diving into personal reflection, sharing, and guided processes to change your response to these forces.
The aim of the workshop is to bring clarity and power into your present day life from tapping into rage and pain. We will also discuss and work with discerning when they arise from our past and are not proportional to the situation we are facing.

I am a practitioner in the Grinberg Method, a body based learning approach that sets people free from their habitual ways of behaving and reacting in order to find new pathways for freedom in life. I have worked with clients in this approach for 3+ years, helping people with gaining back their energy through transforming intense experiences and energies through the body.
