🌿 What’s Included:
🌀 1.5-hour Shamanic Drum Meditation & Soundbath
We begin in stillness and sound. Let the steady pulse of the drum and the layered resonance of the gong guide you into deep brainwave states.
Supported by Blue Lotus tincture, frankincense, and grounding essential oils, you’ll enter a natural state of expanded awareness—where healing, memory release, and nervous system regulation happen effortlessly.
🔬 Sound at this frequency helps stimulate the vagus nerve, slow the heart rate, and quiet the default mode network—the part of the brain often linked to worry and rumination.
🔥 Sacred Fire Ceremony
With intention, we light the fire.

🏹 Arrow Breaking & Intention Setting Ritual (Optional)
The arrow—pressed to the base of the throat—represents fear and old programming. The act of breaking it through forward movement demonstrates, at a nervous system level, that fear can be met and moved through.
It is both symbolic and somatic—reshaping belief patterns from the inside out.
👣 Sacred Firewalk
By now, the fire has transformed into glowing embers. You’ll be guided across them—barefoot, present, and powerful.
Not a test of strength—but a return to it.
