📍 Golden Grove Retreat Centre, Carmarthen
💷 £115 per person (Advance booking required)
A ceremony for release. A walk through the flames. A call back to your essence.
As darkness falls early and the natural world turns inward, we gather on sacred land for an evening of sound, fire, breath, and transformation—guided by ancient wisdom and modern science.
This is a rite of passage: an invitation to cut old ties, shed limiting stories, and ignite the flame of what truly matters.
🌿 What’s Included:
🌀 1.5-hour Shamanic Drum Meditation & Soundbath
We begin in stillness and sound. Let the steady pulse of the drum and the layered resonance of the gong guide you into deep brainwave states.
Supported by Blue Lotus tincture, frankincense, and grounding essential oils, you’ll enter a natural state of expanded awareness—where healing, memory release, and nervous system regulation happen effortlessly.
🔬 Sound at this frequency helps stimulate the vagus nerve, slow the heart rate, and quiet the default mode network—the part of the brain often linked to worry and rumination.
🔥 Sacred Fire Ceremony
With intention, we light the fire.
Not just to burn—but to clear, witness, and transform. In shamanic tradition, fire is a living spirit that consumes what we are ready to let go of. This moment begins your personal ritual of release.
🏹 Arrow Breaking & Intention Setting Ritual (Optional)
The arrow—pressed to the base of the throat—represents fear and old programming. The act of breaking it through forward movement demonstrates, at a nervous system level, that fear can be met and moved through.
It is both symbolic and somatic—reshaping belief patterns from the inside out.
👣 Sacred Firewalk
By now, the fire has transformed into glowing embers. You’ll be guided across them—barefoot, present, and powerful.
Not a test of strength—but a return to it.
🔥 Firewalking activates the sympathetic nervous system, stimulates the release of endorphins, and often creates a surge in heart coherence and emotional clarity.
Many describe it as a moment of personal reset—a threshold moment.
💬 Closing Circle
We end together, in community—integrating, honouring what’s shifted, and grounding what’s come alive.
🌳 The Land: Golden Grove
This land holds you. Golden Grove is nestled in ancient Carmarthenshire landscape, rich with trees, open skies, and sacred stillness.
It’s a place to remember your place in the web of nature—and to let the earth hold your transformation.
🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, and water
• Journal and pen
• Warm, weather-ready layers
• Bare feet (for the firewalk)
• Willingness to release and receive
🔗 Booking:
Limited spaces for depth and safety.
