After the meditation, we’ll gently transition back together as a community, creating space for reflection and questions if needed.
This is a monthly event held on the third Friday of every month, with themes and meditations that change to align with the seasons and the evolving needs of participants.

Barkha Ram is a Certified Transformational Life Coach and Meditation Teacher with a deep passion for guiding others toward self-discovery and personal empowerment. She has studied meditation under renowned teachers, including Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Vipassana meditation master S.N. Goenka.
With years of experience, Barkha is dedicated to helping individuals create extraordinary lives by uncovering their true selves and what matters most to them. Through her teachings, she offers practical guidance, powerful tools, and effective techniques to support meaningful transformation.
