Welcome to Ignite Your Potential Mental Health Awareness Express Yourself Session. Join us for an expressive gathering on, Sat Jul 13 2024 at 6:00 PM in Jackson, Ms for an evening filled with self-expression. This in-person event is a way to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Our mission is to break the stigma and normalize conversations and signs surrounding mental health, which often goes unnotice. Our goal is to ignite your potential by bringing awareness to the different challenges concerning mental health, and how it could possibly be hindering you from walking in your purpose. We will discuss different developmental tasks and provide resources to assist with needs. We will also discuss ways of improvement by utilizing self-care and self-help.
