• Optional Twilight Ride: Friday, January 17th at 6pm
• Main Retreat: Saturday, January 18th (10am) – Sunday, January 19th (2pm)

Our rustic woolshed with kitchen facilities, fridge/freezers, toilets, showers, and a fantastic dance floor!

• $170 for Saturday & Sunday

Are You Ready to Reignite Your Spark?
Step into summer surrounded by stunning farmland, limestone valleys, and the companionship of horses and like-minded women. This retreat is designed for women who crave adventure, sisterhood, and self-care in nature. Whether you’re coming solo or with friends, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected to yourself, your horse, and the group.
What’s Included:
• Guided Horse Treks: Sunset Friday (Optional), Saturday & Sunday morning
• Trust Technique Workshop: Strengthen your bond and communication with your horse
• Equine-Focused Movement Session: Ground, stretch, and align your body to enhance your riding experience
• Movement Circle/Barn Dance: Saturday night—bring your own drinks and join in the fun as we dance in a circle and share the joy of movement and music!
• Potluck Dinner: Bring your favorite dish & share in stories, laughter, and connection (Saturday night)
* Some salads will be provided.
• Optional Activities: Swim in the creek, relax in nature, or spend extra time with your horse
• Welcoming & Closing Circles: Reflect, connect, and set intentions in a supportive space
• Tea/Coffee/Milk will be available during the Retreat
We’ll flow with the weather, adjusting our plans to ensure your experience is comfortable and enjoyable—whether it’s avoiding the midday heat or embracing a summer rain shower.
Meet Your Hosts
Stacey 💃
With a lifelong love for horses, nature, and movement, along with certifications in Psychology, Coaching, and Yoga, I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can reconnect—with themselves, their horses, and the land.
Through guided treks, movement sessions, and interactive workshops, I offer a supportive container for exploration, personal growth, and connection.
This retreat is about sharing the land and providing a space where you can deepen your relationship with nature and your equine partner, while learning, moving, and discovering together.
Teagan
Teagan is a lifelong equestrian and experienced Equine Manager who has worked with horses most of her life.
A passionate student of mindful practices, including the Trust Technique, she brings mindfulness and presence into her work, helping to foster understanding between horses and humans, and supporting horses through their internal challenges
During the retreat, Teagan will guide you through a quiet demonstration, offering tools to enhance communication and connection with your equine companion.
What to Bring:
• Your horse, riding gear, helmet, and camping essentials
• Dishware and food for self-catering and the Potluck Dinner
• Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, water bottles, and swimwear
Accommodation: Stay in your horse truck/float, tent, or marae-style in the woolshed.
