It’s an old saying, but it’s still true: Most business leaders get stuck working IN their businesses, and rarely give themselves any time to work ON their businesses.

If you’re a business owner that too readily gets stuck in the weeds, unable to activate the growth plan that sits in, and stays, in your head, this strategy session is for you.

And while the current headwinds are obvious, at The Uncommon Practice we see this time as an opportunity to reset, restate and refocus for growth.

HERE'S WHAT WE BELIEVE: The business leaders who will grow the value of their businesses over the next year will be those that focus on the areas that will add most value to the business, take time to understand finance, face the challenge head on, and seize opportunities when they arise.

At The Uncommon Practice we are unashamedly and relentlessly on the side of Business Owners and Directors. We know what keeps you awake at night, and we know how hard it is to have the time to get out of the workplace and to put together a plan of action.

That’s why we’re hosting ‘Ignite your business’, a half-day growth strategy workshop, just for company leaders, to identify and prioritise what they need to do now to grow the value of their businesses over the next 12 months, and to start planning how they’re going to do it.

Through open, judgement-free discussions with like-minded company leaders, participants will identify the key issues facing their businesses and share ideas about how they might overcome them. They will determine the key areas that will grow the value of their businesses and identify the growth strategies that have worked in other businesses that may help them in their own.

The workshop will give company leaders the chance to reflect, reset, and refocus, and to put together a clear plan to grow their businesses over the next 12 months.

Participants will leave the session with a POSITIVE MINDSET SHIFT, a challenge to drive SUSTAINABLE GROWTH in their business, a roadmap for growth and THE SPARK TO IGNITE THEIR BUSINESS over the next 12 months.

The session is FREE (save for your precious time).

All we ask is that you attend with an open mind and a willingness to share your experiences and ideas with the other participants (in strict confidence).

To have maximum impact, the session can only be attended by a company Director or a key decision maker within your business - someone who has the ability to lead change and to push the strategic plan after the session.

Ideally, attendees will all be running businesses with a turnover between £1m and £10m, although we will be happy to welcome businesses with high growth ambitions outside of these thresholds.

Places will be strictly limited to 5 businesses, with a maximum of 2 people from each company, so please confirm your attendance without delay.
