This 3-hour workshop ignites all three through:

In this session, we incorporate functional movements using our own bodyweight, kettlebells & steel maces which target all primal movement patterns which are fundamental in human performance. When we combine these movements, we become more attuned to how we are meant to move as humans. Because it’s not just IF we move, but HOW we move that matters. Particularly if—like many—you spend prolonged time sitting down, hunched over looking at your phone, compressing your spine & neck, or living a sedentary lifestyle.
