WHAT TO EXPECT:
Welcome: Setting intentions and opening to connection We'll create a safe, sacred space to help you drop your walls and open to each other again. Through guided practices and embodiment work, you'll reconnect with yourself first—then with your partner.
Afternoon Session: Fears & Desires Using powerful dyad exercises, you'll explore your deepest fears and desires with your partner. This is where transformation happens—when you can be fully seen and understood, and see and understand your partner, even in vulnerability.
WHO WE ARE:
Brodie & Christina Whitney are relationship coaches whose unique approach is a result of having been tested by a fairly challenging path, themselves. Both divorced. Both rebuilt. Navigated cross-border relationship through covid, immigration, second marriage, and raising a blended family.
We discovered something powerful: Even in the hardest times, there's still a way to connect, build trust, and heal.
Now we help other committed couples do the same.
