IFS Approach To Behaviors Part 1
Welcome to our in-person event where we dive into the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to behaviors. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how to understand and work with different parts of yourself to create harmony and balance. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, this event will provide you with valuable insights and tools to navigate your inner world. Join us for a day of self-discovery and growth! This workshop will explore IFS approach to student support. Identify how student traumatic exposure impedes, emotional intelligence(SEL) and academic development. This series aims to train SC and SW in supporting students who present with trauma response behaviors. The training will provide clinicians with the skills to assist students in identifying how painful and wounded emotions such as anger and shame are used as protective factors. In the identification of these protective factors, students will learn ways to manage these emotions with empathy, confidence, and compassion for themselves and others.
