“If my grandmother had wheels she’d be a streetcar (and other obvious realizations)” is a hilariously creative comedy show mixing mundane and metaphysical topics. This absurdist, of-the-cuff and poignant show includes: romantic romans, pathetic pathogens, sex, flirting with trees, à la carte religion, the evolutionary advantages of dating apps, relationships, the politeness of newborns, the following instants right after the fall of fascism, technology and some general jokes about being Italian. The show will be held entirely in English (despite Filippo being Italian), will be held indoors and follow current social distancing guidelines. Therefore, we are only able to have a limited number of tickets. Please reserve a seat in advance.

Filippo Spreafico is an Italian comedy writer, stage and television performer and radio host. He works in English and Italian.
Filippo has performed stand-up comedy on Italian National television (Rai 2) and was regularly cast on award-winning satirical comedy show, “Battute?”. Filippo brought his solo shows to the Edinburgh Festival and the Adelaide and Melbourne Comedy Festivals. He has also extensively toured the USA (LA’s Comedy Store, San Francisco’s Punchline, Austin’s Cap City) and Europe. He trained in improv and clown in Chicago and Paris.
