About this Event
We all know trust is important in the workplace, but do we really know why, what it is and where it comes from? In this session, Dr Guy Champniss will share a psychological perspective on trust and explore why it’s a critical component of effective teams and organizations. Guy will also look at emerging research around our trust in AI, as it moves from being seen as a ’tool’ to being a ‘member of the team’.
