IDSA Boston Winter Gala: MONOCHROME

Join us for the annual year end celebration for the Design community of Greater Boston! The 2025 Gala is bringing back the Boston Bean awards to recognize Greater Boston’s design professionals for their contribution to the field of Design.

This year’s theme is MONOCHROME! We encourage everyone to show off their favorite hue from head to toe (don’t worry, the classic designer wardrobe of all black is allowed, but don’t be afraid to go bolder! 😉).

We’ll have food, drinks, awards, activities and more - you won’t want to miss our biggest event of the year! Come mix, mingle, and toast to another great year of design in our beloved Boston. 🥂

AWARDS: The annual Boston Bean awards are back! These year we’ll be honoring:

• Silver Bean Award – Highest IDSA BOS honor, a lifetime achievement award for contributions to Industrial Design. Nominate here.
• Golden Bean Award – Design Educators Award for individuals advancing Design Education. Nominate here.
• Bronze Bean Award – IDSA BOS Award for inspiring Design Professionals that are pushing creative boundaries. Nominate here.
