Looking for a winemaker who truly embodies organic and minimal-intervention winemaking? Join us for an exclusive evening with Idlewild Wines founder & winemaker Sam Bilbro for a five-course garden dinner (weather permitting) celebrating vineyard-focused varietals and thoughtful culinary pairings.
Idlewild Wines stands out for its pure approach to winemaking—no synthetics no herbicides no pesticides. Instead Sam and his team embrace nature by using compost welcoming sheep to graze the vineyards and relying on their manure for fertilization. Fermentation is carried out using only native yeasts allowing the grapes and vineyards to be at the forefront of everything.
