Idlewild is Livermore wine country’s beloved Southern Rock supergroup. The band features four veteran musicians with deep ties to the SF Bay’s musical legacy, including Joe Satriani, Gregg Allman and Friends, Tower of Power, Starship, Eddie Money, and more.
Idlewild features Jeff Campitelli of Joe Satriani’s band, ranked Rolling Stone’s 50th Greatest Drummer of All Time; Tom Miller, who has played with Gregg Allman & Friends and Doug Clifford of Creedence Clearwater Revival; Jeff Tamelier of Tower of Power, who has played with Starship & Eddie Money; and session musician (and winemaker) Mark Clarin.

ABOUT IDLEWILD
Idlewild is a band of four veteran SF bay area musicians that have been performing for more than 40 years locally and around the world. Together, Idlewild plays classic rock that takes them back to their youth as musicians with a focus on southern rock.
Jeff Campitelli - Drummer. Jeff has recorded and toured with Joe Satriani for many years. He started out playing with The Squares and was selected by Rolling Stone Magazine as the 50th greatest drummer of all time.
Tom Miller - Bass and Vocals. Tom has played with Doug Clifford of CCR fame and recorded and toured with Gregg Allman and friends. He is also a member of the Alameda All Stars, a Bay Area favorite.
Jeff Tamelier - Lead Guitar. Jeff has recorded and toured with Tower of Power, and also performed with Mickey Thomas of Starship and Eddie Money. He is also the President of the “Track Shack” recording studio in Sacramento, CA.
Mark Clarin - Guitar and Vocals. Mark has recorded and toured with the Bacchus Brothers. Together they produced 3 albums over the past 20 years. He also recorded as a session musician on a variety of recordings over the past 40 years.

There is a two drink minimum for each guest. With a menu of 15 wines in diverse styles and sophisticated non-alcoholic options, there's something for everyone.
Set times and ticket prices are subject to change, and sales are final.
Dancing is encouraged at Almost Famous, and usually takes place in front of and to the side of the stage. If a dance party breaks out, we cannot guarantee a completely unobstructed view to those sitting in the bistro table seats.
