We return to Idless Woods on Sunday 9th January 2022!Why not start the year off the right way!
Take part in a timed, friendly trail run through one of Cornwall's hidden Gems!
3 distances to choose from-2.5k, 5k or 10k plus we also have a canicross category!
?Free parking
❌No cut off times
?Every runner will receive a medal
?Plus we have awards for the top finishers in each distance!
3pm - 2.5K Fun Run – (Out and back along the trail)
4pm - First combined 5K & 10K with a canicross category – (Canicross will start before runners. The course is a 5K clockwise loop through the forest, 10K participants complete the route twice)
Headtorch essential!
6pm - Second combined 5K & 10K – (Course is a 5K clockwise loop through the forest, 10K participants complete the route twice) Headtorch essential!
Runners are required to carry a fully charged mobile phone and a headtorch for the 5K / 10K events)?
