Final Workshop of the YearTheme: “Oh what a life 🫠 … or What a life 🫣”
Life is full of challenges. From gaslighting and bullying to toxic environments, stress, and setbacks, it often feels unfair and overwhelming. But there are ways to respond that bring greater peace, strength, and clarity.
In this workshop, we’ll explore some of the biggest challenges we face today and give you practical tools to navigate them more effectively. Whether you’re struggling with emotions, dealing with difficult people, or feeling weighed down by stress, you’ll walk away with insights and strategies to help you move forward.
What we’ll cover:
-How to cope when life feels unfair
-Recognising and dealing with gaslighting & bullying
-Healing the wounded inner child
-Understanding narcissism & toxic behaviours
-Choosing kindness & gentleness without being taken advantage of
-Coping with stress, emotions, and setbacks
-Learning how to do what’s right even in tough situations
