Ideas Lab is a space for managers/senior staff to get creative about their services using a deep-dive innovation approach.

Starting with a problem statement, we thoroughly examine a common challenge and discover practical approaches in solving it. Ambitious, off-the-wall ideas are encouraged!

Objectives:

• Learn practical tools and techniques on how to reframe challenges
• Cultivate innovation by breaking conventional boundaries in problem solving
• Develop actionable ideas for implementing creative solutions for real-time problems
