Join us for this one-day conference designed to prepare students to effectively engage in an increasingly diverse workforce.
About this Event

IDEALS 2023 (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access and Leadership Summit), hosted by KU School of Business Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging programs, will include facilitated workshops, a networking lunch and panel discussion from eager employers, alumni and campus partners. IDEALS will bring together bright and diverse minds to give talks that provoke conversations that matter in various DEIB spaces. The experience will prepare attendees to confidently engage in an increasingly diverse workforce.

Conference Objectives:

  • Promote one’s confidence in the ability to identify DEIB practices in professional settings and effectively apply their experiential education.
  • Professionally navigate, engage and thrive in an increasingly diverse, creative and collaborative world.
  • Effectively network in professional settings to develop powerful relationships with an inclusive lens and a sense of belonging.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. School of Business students will receive 20 ePoints for attending!
