Enjoy hot holiday sips out of your very own handmade mug! You'll learn how to construct a slab-built mug that is decorated in your style - choose from an assortment of texture tools, stamps, and a large variety of snowflakes and other winter things to stamp into the clay! After texturizing your soft clay slabs you'll build your mug, add a bottom, and learn how to make and attach a handle! When you've finished making your mug, Tara of Fermie Studios will take them back to her studio where she will add a blue inlay to all the textured areas to really make your designs pop and finish them with a coat of clear glaze to make them safe for drinking your favorite hot beverage out of, then they will be kiln fired! These will be ready for pick up at Unglued about 2 weeks after class. Glaze fired with a clear food safe glaze. Finished size approximately 4" x 4" x 6".
