ICPC 2025 Parent Palooza

Clair Goodman White, M.A. will bring her unique approach to parenting, childhood development, and emotional regulation to an adult-focused discussion group. She will introduce a framework for talking about feelings and intensity with kids, & present some general strategies for managing stress levels (of parents AND kids!)

Clair will also integrate additional resources/skills for an interactive experience that adults can take home to introduce to their children for deeper work within the family setting.
