Young ICorr Programme
The Institute of Corrosion Northwest Branch / Young ICorr are holding a joint event with the University of Manchester. The event, which is open to all ICorr members as well as students, will hear from previous Young Engineering Programme participants on their case studies as well as guest speaker Roger Francis (RF Materials) on how a case study played out in real life. Attendees will also hear more about Young ICorr as well as the value of joining ICorr and participating in the Young Engineer Programme from Danny Burkle, past Young ICorr Chair and current Chair of the ICorr Corrosion Engineering Division.
Corrosion-Related Research from Leeds and Manchester Postgraduate Students
Students from Leeds and Manchester Universities will present innovative research projects in the areas of corrosion prevention and material science.The event will be held in Room 1.014 of the Henry Royce Institute.
Lunch and refreshments will be available for attendees at 12:30 and attendees are welcome to network from 12.15 onwards. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available and if you have any further dietary or access requirements please email [email protected]
