Aimee and Helen will be leading a 10km guided trail run in the idillic villages of Icklesham and Pett. Home made treats (vg) and hot drinks available at the end.
This run is suitable for people who can run at roughly a 12 minute mile pace or above. Trail shoes are highly recommended.
Quite hilly, approx 620ft but don't be put off if you don't have much experience, we are a friendly bunch welcoming runners from all clubs. No runners left behind, this is a social run where we support each other.

Meeting at Icklesham Village Hall, off the A259 Main Road, for a 8.30am start
