This is a round-robin tournament with a 4-match guarantee.
Divisions will be set up as follows:
3 or fewer teams will be combined with another group
4 Teams = Double Round Robin, games 1 to 15, win by 2
5 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 2/3 to 11, win by 2
6-8 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 1 to 15, win by 2
9 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 1 to 11, win by 2
