About this Event
ONLY TWO CLASSES!
You bring the open-mind and I'll bring the cocoa! Let's greet the day together in a positive way, being kind to ourselves and others. Come a little early to get skates on before our 7:30am start!
We will focus on breathing and enjoying the present moment as we stretch and glide together to music in this beautiful place. (no downward facing dog or triangle pose!)
Everyone is heartily encouraged to go at their own pace. Support Seals and rental skates available.
Dress in warm layers and please bring gloves or mittens. (I will try to have extra gloves just in case.)
I have been teaching this class for over 15 years and love the way it brings people together and out of the isolation that winter weather can sometimes cause.
