T&C's

• All skating sessions will last 45 minutes.
• The minimum age to skate is 3 years old.
• Arrive before your session in order to get your skates on! If you purchase tickets with food vouchers included, feel free to join us earlier for food and drinks or stay after for a post-skate feast.
• Participants skate at their own risk; Boxpark is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
• You will need to be wearing suitable outdoor and waterproof clothing, you’re skating on ice after all!
• `Ticket Holders/Event attendees consent to being photographed, filmed and sound recorded as an audience without payment, and to their image being exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world by BOXPARK Limited who shall own the copyright in all such recordings. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Refunds must be requested up to 48 hours prior to the event and are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• Re-sale tickets will not be accepted. Any tickets that are re-sold will become void.
• BOXPARK has a ZERO TOLERANCE Policy to: racism, anti-social behaviour, inciting hatred, abuse to our staff or fellow guests.
• BOXPARK does not allow the following items into our sites: laser devices, knives/weapons, flares/fireworks, air horns, alcoholic beverages, unsealed bottles, illegal substances.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
